I thought it would.
Not because it was going to die off or due to temps but less transmission with more time outside, and I was assuming people would be less likely to huddle in close quarters vs. the cooler months when we're indoors more. People have definitely been huddling together one way or another over the last month.
There really wasn't a 'wake up' call type of jolt for this nationally and it might unfortunately take more universal devastation for people to start being more cautious since they can't play the 'well yeah, but N.Y. has lots of close people' card.
