False indeed. The Rock Chalk Park facility was built by a developer with help from the city of Lawrence. It's rented to Ku on a long-term lease. Good lord, at least try to be truthful in defense.

I have never understood the Self/Toupee thing. I don't see it.
Just goes to show how much a coaching change can alter the perspective of a fan base. Campbell won 3 games in his first season at ISU and actually had some pretty decent talent to work with. Les Miles was a great coach at LSU, but he was also surrounded by top tier talent. I'd be shocked if KU won more than 3 games this season.
On top of the fact that he seems to be losing it.
It’s not like they brought in a plethora of talent, and lost some key players from last season.
They are also building a new 3,000 seat, $20 million volleyball center. $12 million in upgrades to the baseball stadium. A new $15 million football practice facility.
As I stated, they are spending money on all of their sports, not just basketball.
And to answer the OP, no Bill Self is not done at Kansas. He will be there for many years to come.
That will live on, even after he has gone. They will no doubt place it in a trophy case to watch over Kansas basketball forever.
