Doesn't he have a german soldier hat that he fought a german for?
I think that was a parent or older relative of some kind? To be in college in 45 he'd have to be like 90 lol.

I think it was a knight helmet from the crusades.
But reading books in the cave by the fire's light was so very cozy...Yeah, but you 2 had to dodge the dinosaurs between classes....
I'm posting between naps. Picked up some bacterial thing in my lungs/bronchi and haven't slept much the past two nights. I have good drugs and industrial strength cough medicine now - hopefully I'll be back to whatever passes for normal before we leave on Monday. Cross your fingers for me.![]()
A little bit...Is that any different than normal?
You're not that old. You had learned to tame fire. But reading books in the cave by the fire's light was so very cozy...
Room, board and tuition at ISU was $490 a quarter when I started. So, $1500 a year.

I "slept" from 3.45 to 7.30 last night (frequent bouts of coughing punctuating my "rest". So now I'm watching Criminal minds from my recliner and drifting in & out. Still can't lay flat without coughing.![]()
Ok, just noticed an alert from birdy. @Cybirdy how was that trip to the most magical place on earth?
Put away the ice chipper and hung up the snow shovels this morning.

It's back to back to back on Ion. I've seen them so I don't feel obligated to stay awake to follow the storyline.Um... I wouldn't be sleeping because of the Criminal Minds.
Hope you start feeling better soon!
It went pretty well. We were at the parks from before opening to final fireworks every night, so jammed a lot in. Had one who spent most of the time with a stomach bug so that was fun. Then by the time we left it turned into a fever so flew home sick, too. Rode rides, met princesses, ate not enough food to use up all our dining credits.
We didn’t do the dining plan. I had heard enough people say that and we wanted to go downtown a few times.
Hopefully everybody is getting better.
I can’t remember the exact breakdown of pricing per meal, but we did a couple character buffets that our bill was close to $400 (included alcoholic drink) but the balance was zero because of the meal plan that we had already paid for. With the meal plan we still had to pay 18% gratuity on every sit down meal because we were a party of 6.
So you got buzzed with the princesses? I didn’t know that was on option. Doing body shots with Snow White seems like an interesting part I never heard of.
Kinda depends on the drink...If you can get buzzed on one free drink.![]()
