Don't you hate being kinda sick the day after a long weekend? Like it's only happened a couple times but I always feel like they wouldn't believe me if I took the day off.

Agree to this 1st summer cold I've had started yesterday.

Have always taken my phone in and supposedly Verizon was backing my numbers up into a server/cloud whatever. Phone starts to break go get new one, nothing is backed up or the guy helping me didn't know what he was doing. Thanks Verizon:mad:o_O:mad:.

So there is a whole data center down in Texas that is ruining half the country. My project can't send emails to each other, access our online resources, anything except chat... and that chat has turned into a glorious clusterfuck of people screwing around. It did however show me this video and I just can't

Good news: Daughter's knee is doing exceptionally well.

Bad news: Mrs. Velo had dermatologist remove 3 spots last week. One was clearly basal cell carcinoma. Just got call that other two were also cancerous so she goes in tomorrow for more melon baller treatment.
Well ****.
I hope all goes well for Mrs. Velo.

Lots of **** down at Beloit College. There was a broken off limb, about 30 feet long, pretty good size, still hanging from the tree, about another 30 feet in the air. There was a perimeter of caution tape and barricades set up around it. Dumbass students lift up the tape, go under it, and walk right by the tree, completely oblivious to why the caution tape is there. The limb wasn't hanging by much.

Then, while the boss's son is firing up the chipper, some idiot walks right by the feed chute while I start to flip branches out from the brush pile, luckily I saw him before I let go of one. We had cones set up around us. Go the **** around. Everybody wants to walk in a straight line to where they are going. They don't want to be inconvenienced by a blocked path, so they make their best effort to go through instead of around. I get upset when I have to focus on both my job and other people's stupidity.

Is it an Android? All your numbers should be backed up to your Google account if you set that up. You just need to import them.

My brother's wife just had some melanoma removed and her lymph nodes checked. She's all clear now. Hope Mrs V gets better.

Overheard LittleWx playing this morning before leaving. He mentions the name of our Golden that passed away a year ago. Then says "but he's in heaven with Jesus now". Dude why did you have to cut onions right before I leave for work?

The first job (or maybe two) that I can really look at applying to just rolled in.

One's a little iffy, but I'm a good fit. Religious Studies at VA Tech. They want someone in Religious Studies or something closely related who researches race and religion. I'd have a shot.

The other is really vague, as in all historical fields are open. It's in Manchester, UK, so who knows. That one needs more examination to see if it's viable.

Blacksburg is a beautiful part of the country.
