How was it?

The movie.

Don’t know if you saw my post a little further down from that one with my review, so I won’t rehash it all, but I enjoyed it. Don’t go into it expecting it to be an academy award winning movie and expect it to be the fun campy movie it’s meant to be and you’ll probably have a pretty good time.

OK, I was not prepared for the challenges that came with summer graduation.
I'm glad I pushed my way into one position, but a little dismayed that it doesn't pay until the end of September. Since we're not swimming in $, that's a long time.

Another wave of apps went out today for PT work. I'm 100% sure that I'll never hear from any of them.

So we scramble on to the next bunch of ideas. This apparently was not meant to be easy or straight forward.
You are a teacher. You could work at a car wash.

Or cook meth.

Seriously though, we are all pulling for you.

Have you looked at working with a temp agency. At least it would get you some inflow.

The violation of a no contact order seems pretty bogus to me.

It looks like they had contact to me. Even if he is a cunning linguist and convinced her to ignore the order, the protected party isn't a judge and she can't vacate the order by her own consent. She possibly should have been charged as well for aiding and abetting him in violating the order. There are differences of opinion among prosecutors on that issue. I do respect your opinion, though. There are many facts we don't know. Co-dependency is a bizarre and frustrating thing to deal with. no less when it is wrapped up with chemicals as well.

ISWYDT, Athos. Cunning, indeed.

"You might not stay."
It's a good idea, but the game is that the employee is only temporary at the employer's discretion, not their own decisions. An employee that might look to leave is one that you don't hire.

That is a totally different mindset of when I use to hire through them in the late 90s early 00s. The idea was people who didn't want to commit 40 hours to a job or just be flexible in the hours and days. I used Manpower.

Then again, when I used them, the economy was very strong and it was hard to find anybody so it was an employees market back then.

We now have two teenage daughters in the house. In all honestly, the 5yr old makes the teens look like saints.
I used to tell my kids boys are easier than girls to raise, they're just harder on the furniture. I have several sons who are in complete agreement with me now. There's a lot of "attitude" among the teenage granddaughters, and Lew & I just sit back & laugh when our kids complain about teenage drama. One day, you'll do the same! ;)

The teens are honestly not that bad (knock on wood!!) My 15yr old actually helps me keep my sanity.
