Nice game by Wagner and second half effort by Michigan. They deserved the win.

It would have been weird to see a team in the NC that lost to the same team we did, when we gauged it as the low point of our season. And Milwaukee had ULC down by 20 in the first half.

ISU was just really bad vs. UWM and I'd bet Loyola was too. The difference is it was unusual for them to be bad which is what makes a good team while ISU had several of those games which makes a bad team.

Conversely, you know damn well Hokdom will have at it that they were somehow 'this close' to a NC game appearance.
