Short version: defaced or destroyed something (likely publicly-owned) between the values of $200-$500. I'm thinking something like uprooting or running over a stop sign sort of ordeal.

I would have ran. If I was as fast as him I would have jogged.
Seems extremely excessive. Break a mailbox or 2 and have poasibility of a year in the slammer. A lot of pranks could result in 200 damage real easy.
