Lawman. Got a neighbor, serious here, that I see got their 4th or 5th owi in the last 10 years. Last two within a year of each other. How much time is the actual jail time there?

Don't care for this guy and I seem to have things disappear from the farm periodically (farm neighbor) since he moved in. Want to know how long I should be able to keep all my things.

I was talking to my director Monday about this trip to the UK. I mentioned that I would probably pick up a cheap burner just so I could access maps if I make it to London for a weekend. He decides to see if he can get me a loaner even though I told him not to. Next thing you know the company wants to know why I don't have a company phone and that I need one.
The last thing I want is to carry two phones around with me and get email 24x7

Luckily I had a boss with some cajones that fought the "company phones are only for company business" party line early on and got approval for our phones to be used for reasonable personal use so that we don't have to carry two phones. This is in local government. By the way, I have never owned a cell phone of my own.

Ha, I knew it would come off that way, and tried to come up with a couple of different ways to word it, but was posting and on a conference call, and was only half paying attention to each. I just seemed to remember him talking about how the roster was what made it such a desirable job to him.

It is difficult to say without knowing what he has actually been convicted of. OWI, third offense (and subsequent offenses) are felonies and can carry prison time, though that is often served in an RTF setting.
