first CSA share and DH and I are in a greens challenge before vacation. He bought a new head of lettuce forgetting we had this coming. So we have kale, spinach, spring greens, romaine head, butter lettuce, kohlrabi (with leaves) and some joi choi?? (like bok choi). Plus our other head of romaine to eat by next Monday.

So tonight I made a pasta/sausage/kale thing and used all the kale, kohlrabi leaves, some of the spinach, and then spring greens for a salad.
