yeah I usually got to see the (dead) snakes first and would decided where to place them. The handle on the back of the tractor used to turn the elevator on and off and the handle of the milk house were popular choices.

That's my last two months right there.
I'm going out for 2-3 pretty soon tonight. Long as they happen, it's progress.
I guess I shouldn't be surprised I had a bad run. I ran on extremely tired legs and didn't really have a chance to eat leading up to it. I'm also trying to break in new shoes since I busted out of the toe box on my old pair.

Was cleaning out my car trunk because I have all sorts of work stuff in there like banners, yard signs, etc. Threw a banner in the dumpster and some homeless dude jumps into the dumpster, grabs it, puts it on like a cape and wanders off mumbling to himself.

I've seen you...until you get some more of that running done, it's a long way before you hit anything vital.

:pwink: I keed, I keed.

Although true...I have lost 15 pounds since the last time you saw me. 35 to go to meet my goal.

Weathermen aren't actual people, so that doesn't count.

I can say with some confidence you are doing this wrong. You run for the women.

BTW, they still host this race in Mpls, the Victory Memorial 10K each Labor Day weekend. Great place to set a PR for 10K since is flat and fast and it likely won't be too warm.

See, now you make me feel bad for being a smartarse. Didn't actually think you were overweight, but if you did and are making progress, congrats.

It's all good. Supposedly I "carried it well" but I got up to 250 and had enough. I need to get strict again.

Boxster sandwich.

So, fluff piece about some organization taking advantage of the Trump "woman card" comment and using it as a fundraiser. Comment from a woman who claimed it would be "criminal malpractice" to not capitalize on it.

You're really not doing yourself any favors by using big words that sound smart...but in the wrong way.

And this election seems like it's shaping up to be a decision between cyanide and the plague.

2.76 miles. I adjusted my eating schedule today because yesterday was so sluggish.

It's a strange time where the body kind of wants to go long distance but not quite yet, but it's demanding the fuel regardless. Short story: lots of food to take in.

Wow. My wife and daughter were in rare argument form tonight. Neither one of them were conceding an inch while the statements got more and more ridiculous.

Someone needs to save a bedroom for me when my daughter hits puberty cuz **** is gonna get ugly in here.

I have never craved food after a workout. I can drink my weight in water, but food always sounds terrible to me.

My GI tract went nuts on me last fall. I changed my running time to before my other workout and kept my food intake the same. It blew up and demanded food with all kinds of wild symptoms.

It's not so much craving food. It's just learning the different demands this body has in order to push it. The food is more like a job, really.

As for water, I found last week that I was overdoing it, so I've been cutting back to a more realistic amount at a more moderate pace. I'm old, things work different now.
