Masking agents, overhydration, and/or arriving late are things that are pretty easy to prove if they occur and would be specifically spelled out in the drug policy. We're talking about suspending someone for PEDs because they think it's more probable than not that they took them. We don't have proof of a positive test, and we don't have proof that he did something to circumvent the testing procedures, but look at him, he's a monster, there's no way he's not taking PEDs.Absolutely they do. For PED testing, you don't have to test positive for PEDs to be punished. Anything that suggests you tried to make the test less effective, (masking agents, overhydration, even arriving late, etc,) is punishable.
