Well I'm a few weeks in with my fitbit, and I'm down 4 pounds. It's not much but it's a start. So far I have just been doing walking and soon hopefully I can step up my cardio to get better results. Trying hard to eliminate my fast food intake and my soda consumption although giving up soda is going to be so hard.

I can't imagine doing that in a restaurant.

Food isn't the problem, not really a fan of our menu, but we are allowed beverages on the clock. I try to have one at the beginning of my shift and one when I leave and have water in between. Plus the hot weather really helps kill your appetite.

Rulzzz, that's great. Do you like iced tea? Tea has lots of health benefits.

Boxster, glad my prattling on about baby weights resulted in some good finds for you. I have everything from my dad's service but I need to take steps to preserve it. Have many of the love letters between my parents during his four years fighting WWII in the Pacific, well except the parts the censors blacked out or cut out. Heartbreaking things like finding out his brother died and he couldn't come to the funeral. Many pictures that Mom put in a scrapbook. His Purple Heart. I need to write down what stories he finally started to tell in the months before he died.

And for the record, I weighed in the same as baby Bawbie.:spinny:

You're kicking my *** in steps. I'm doing 2 workouts a day and still losing, though I'm pretty much on my *** the rest of the day.

I still haven't 100% quit soda, that's my one vice.

Well my job has me on my feet all the time so on days I work 10,000 is pretty much a lock. Now I have to find ways on my days off to get steps in. Last week I did 9 holes of golf, today I played some hoops with a friend for an hour and a half.

So I pulled a hamstring tonight. CG or 55 which one of you want to be the lucky lady to rub my hamstring?

CG did you say ChodeClone was on a dating site bragging up his life? I need to see this if true
