So it sounds like I can change my signature at this point. I'm not a good campaigner I guess.

Are you saying #TeamCorndogChick? What do you know? Who's your source? Do you work in the AD's office? No way, man...we should never give up on corn dog chick!

A lot of thoughts are the opposite... why pick Prohm over TJ? I'm not going to keep arguing over the pros/cons of each because it all comes down to preference and semantics because ultimately they have a lot of the same experience - just a tad different titles through it.
IMO, it appears that those most strongly opposed to Otzelberger are those who dislike JP and are on the side that wishes CPR would have been fired after last fall. It is more of taking the opposite position of what they think JP wants, more than anything else.
Newsflash people.......IF Otzelberger is retained and stays as an assistant coach then he STILL won't have any HC experience when you propose giving him the HC job. It really makes no sense.

Pretty stupid logic IMO, but that is the way it appears. Especially when they make comments that they want Otzelberger to remain as an assistant and then in a few years he can have the Head Coaching Job......and yet their argument for not wanting Otzelberger now is that they say he has no HC experience.

TJ is the only person that could recruit to ISU, and he knows the players so they would play hard for him, but not an outsider in some people's eyes.
Oh yeah, and Greg McDermott was a mid-major coach, so we should never hire a mid-low major coach again. (Floyd, Eustachy)
Serious question...if TJ had never left for a lateral move (at best) in the first place, would we even be having this discussion right now, or would the job be his?

Matt A did a great job, and people before GMac did too, so I don't agree with this at all. And just because you have great talent doesn't mean you can win, especially in college. ISU is not going to be getting 5 star recruits like Kentucky where talent ultimately trumps teamwork.
It would be great to keep TJ on the staff, but I'm not for him being a HC at all.
This is such ridiculous logic. I guess if we had one bad experience, then we should never do it again!!! One point of data doesn't make a line - you have one point of data.
C'mon, cubs, catch up, b****....

And why doesn't Fred take Otz with him if he is such a good coach. Proly been mentioned.
Otz is a college guy
