The voting will be shut off at 10:59 a.m. Central time on March 15th with the winner to be announced on March 16th.
Please be sure to tell everyone who votes to vote early on the 15th as it might be about as difficult to get a last minute vote counted as it is to buy Cyclone basketball tickets on the first day they are available to the general public. Lines all clogged up.
I don't remember if Fred has gotten a good lead this time of day or not but he is now in the lead 44% to 42% for Painter.
I don't know if the Conference tournament will disrupt the voting or not, could even help if fans in attendance start the buzz. The Big 10 tournament will be going on about the same time so it could be a wash unless one team has a strategy.

LOL and I went to bed at 10:30 last night with Fred ahead and now... magically we are down by 3 percent. What a bunch of freaking cheaters!!!! I know we are trying to do the same, but only to keep up with that cheating fanbase.
I don't think the percentages change instantaneously. I think there is a delay. Voting done during the night don't change percentages until late morning.
