Walking Dead

Hmmm, I assumed that the Lt told the girls what a nice guy the Gov was and they left. Then he's back to being a **** and gonna try to sabotage the prison somehow. I assumed he's the one that's been causing the walkers to pile in to the fence in a single location.

is he the one piling the rats in the corner?

Or is the Governor going to have a change of heart since the little girl reminds him of his daughter and he's going to try and drop them off at the prison thinking its their best chance of survival?

I'm not completely convinced the governor is the one trying to sabotage the prison. Maybe its the two guys who left him? They could have been trying to sabotage it during the time the governor's been wandering around.

It's obvious tha the governer has been trying to redeem himself and that something will happen to the family once he meets up with his former crew and he'll revert back to a psychopath before the end of next weeks' epsode which will place him outside the prison ready for revenge.

Man I hope not (although I think you're right). It's way more interesting if he really does take on that chick and her daughter as his surrogate family and tries NOT to be a psychopath anymore. Or maybe he's eyeballing the prison in hopes of getting those two (and the sister) to safety while he sacrifices himself (by sabotaging a plan by his ex-LT. to take the prison)?

Interesting scenario, I hadn't thought of that.

I thought last night was a decent break from the prison and the flu. I couldn't take another episode of that boring s**t

It will be interesting to see where they go with this new side of the Gov. I think the little girl will be the key. If her life gets threatened or she is killed, it will set him off

I think this is much more likely than him going batcrap crazy again. He will warn the prison of an impending attack and ask them to take the girls with them. Then he will die trying to ward of the Lt's attack.

I don't really think there's any way that the prison would let him join them, but they will accept his warning and get the hell outta dodge.

Nobody has mentioned the romantic night in the box truck yet? Just right next to sis & daughter, no big deal, don't mind us!

Was waiting for that to go down the whole episode, but figured they'd find somewhere a little more private... :biglaugh:

Just like colonial days.

As for the Governor, I think his redemption arc takes a heartbreaking twist in the next couple weeks.

They didnt even have a blanket so all that poor little girl had to do is turn around and she would have seen everything that happens down there.

I really liked the episode. Something different for sure and I think they aptly portrayed his decent into darkness. He was just going to walk until he died. Then seeing a little girl in a window woke him up.

It will be interesting to see how he handles meeting up with his former lackeys now that they are in charge. How does he cover his past with his new family.

Yeah it wasn't action packed but it doesn't have to be. You don't have to like the Gov to be interested in where he's going with this.

I have a feeling him lurking outside the prison was not vengeance related now.

Though that begs the question, "Who the hell is feeding rats to the walkers and why?"

I like to think this episode reset the Governor. He is at exactly where he started the zombie apocalypse, with a "wife" and "daughter." I believe this is a case of not letting history repeat itself and the Governor will come upon a decision that has to be made. In this situation he will pick the opposite choice in the hopes his "wife" and "daughter" will survive.

Also, how is the Governor and that chick going to start making out in the back of the Uhaul right next to those other people. They would have woken up for sure, but would have been to embarrassed to say anything.

werent the rats being fed from the other side of the fence. Inside the fence. I thought I remember them placing one in the moutn through the fence.
