I'm sure a lot of you will be picking Tulsa in this game. Personally I have ISU winning this game.

I think the senior leadership of George, Broomfield, and Washington will bring a focused group to Tulsa. They don't want to be embarrassed and start out 0-3. Both teams will be coming off a bye week.

I have ISU winning 24-13

Please don't turn this into a fire Messingham thread. I'm interested to see if a lot of you are so down on ISU that we lose to Tulsa.

24-21 ISU. Cyclone offense plays better, develops a bit of a rhythm and jumps out to an early lead. The defense continues to steadily improve and holds off a late Tulsa rally.

I predict we try running it at Tulsa's best strength on defense, their linebacking crew.

We follow it up with bubble screens for 2 yards a pop.

Defense makes adjustments at halftime and keeps us in the game but Messinghams inability to call plays leads to an ultimate let down of only scoring 10 points.
