Summarizing coach Rhoads in his post-game Insight bowl win: "It's doing things right on and off the field that will make you successful in life".

I'll always remember his interceptions on the D-line when he played for ISU. And that is a nice contract extension. And did you look at the picture? That's 330 pounds of mostly (if not all) muscle. He's been working.

Glad he's been able to keep himself going in the league. Hopefully the Cyclones this year give him some more ammo to give Weeden even more **** than I assume he already gives him :biglaugh:

Still drives me crazy that the Steelers used a 7th round pick on Mike Humpal(a squak-eye nonetheless) and passed an Rubin, guy would have been a pro-bowl Nose tackle in the Steelers system.

How is Mike Humpal doing these days? Thought he was cut in 2009.

Yep, and the Steelers NT has retired/eaten himself out of the game, no real solid replacement. Still stings, especially with Rubin in the same conference.
