The thing is, I get "feelings" about these things, and I'm usually right. It felt like OJ was going to get off, and I was right (initially, anyway). It felt like Casey Anthony was going to get off, and I was right.

How do I feel about this one? It feels like, to me, anyway, that Hernandez from now on is going to be playing in a 4-point stance.

Give the investigators a little time, they found a mountain of circumstantial evidence in just a few days.

I'm just saying that if I'm the defense and they are talking, that's where I'm going to discredit them. I just think it will be really hard to get murder 1 without the weapon. Everything we know is circumstantial and we can't have him pulling the trigger. If you can't put him on the trigger, I just think it will be very very hard.

Only if the other two people with him don't throw him under the bus. If the other two people at the scene say, "He's the one who pulled the trigger, we just stood and watched" he's toast.

Well, if I'm on the jury, and I'm shown a video of Hernandez holding a gun that night, walking around his house, I'd like to know why he can't produce it for the cops afterwards...

I saw it talked about somewhere (may not have been this thread) that Aaron's brother was coaching at EIU. The Yardbarker article (linked on the right side of the screen currently) says "current Iowa State assistant." I'm not missing something am I, the article IS wrong, right?

We've turned the corner as a program! You know we've finally made it when they confuse the Halkeyes for Iowa State and not the other way around! :plaugh:
