Walking Dead

I read a thing the other day that showed a stat from the show/comic. They said the zombie to human ratio is 5000:1. Thats nutty if you think about it.

How bad does that make the decision to go to Atlanta in the first season, then?

What was his reasoning again? Did he think his wife and kid were there? People tend to underestimate the spread of the disease.

Yeah, it's much more suspenseful if the walker pops up out of nowhere.

They have used the "walker sounds in the distance, GETTING CLOSER" effect as well. But having a walker sneak up on Merle instead of him hearing it coming is much more of a shock and makes better TV.

It would be cool if they start learning their lessons and use better tactics in the future.

They have been smarter about using knives and spears instead of guns all the time lately though so as not to attract every walking in gunshot hearing range.

When Merle triggered the car alarm, didn't he actually pause with this "Oops?" expression, and then continue trying to hot wire the car? Wouldn't you think "Hmmm....let's back off, hide, and try a different car or perhaps come back with a plan to take out walkers?

Again...I know...drama. And a freakin' cool kill for Michonne with decapitating the walker with wire.

Looks like starting at 7:00 (central) they're showing a marathon of the first 8 episodes of this season all in a row.

Sweet, that's what I've been looking for. The On Demand right now only lets you go back to s3/e9. I only finished season two on Netflix a couple of weeks ago.

Perfect way to get caught up. It's fun watching them all in a row and not having to wait in between.

I think thats false.

Though Lauren Cohan and Steven Yeun are also rumored to be as well.

I thought so too, but on my drive back home yesterday they were interviewing her on the radio. Asked about her and Darryl and she said she was getting messages from girls to stay away from "their man". She then went on to say they're happy together. It still could be false but she didn't make it seem that way.

Bump for the marathon starting now!
