I watched the ticker prior to the game ... not enough teams from 20-25 lost today to slip (although I didn't check their first games of the week).

Still don't see a top 25. It's going to get much closer, though.

Yeah, I think so. Probably right at #25.

Beat a team ahead of us in the polls (KSU), WVU & Vandy lost twice this week, and Zaga lost earlier this week to BYU. If Michigan loses at MSU tomorrow, then I would be hard pressed to find ourselves outside the rankings.

I don't think most people would consider a home win against KSU and a road win against OU to be huge wins. They are to us, but outside of Ames no one is looking at those wins and thinking they're huge wins.

Hard to get ranked when the teams holding those spots in the 20's refuse to lose. Harvard might lose, but FSU taking care of Virginia means those two teams will basically flip-flop.

Win both games next week, and you got yourself a ranked Cyclone team.

I'm afraid if we get ranked we lose v. Osu. Been a fan way to long and watched it happen before. I'd rather win than be ranked.

Those losses to UNI and Drake are what's keeping ISU out of the top 25 IMO. Can't complain at all at this point. I like the way they are playing and maybe they will be more motivated if they are slighted by the voters. Go Cyclones!

I selfishly want the number next to our number, don't care. It'd be fun to see top 25 match ups roll across the bottom of the screen and see Iowa State in there. I think the guys deserve it too, they've worked their butts off since that MVSU game
