Are we talking Jonestown type numbers on the suicides?Suicides, lots and lots of suicides. And then after that, more sprints. Oh and he'll be doing it at 5 AM in the morning.
Here's the real facts, Iowa Law:
5th Degree/simple misdemeanor- Less than $200
4th Degree/serious misdemeanor- $200-$500
3rd Degree/aggravated misdemeanor- $500-$1000
2nd Degree/ Class D Felony $1000-$10000
1st Degree/ Class C Felony over $10000
I think it will get pled down to 5th since a roomate is involved, time will tell.
I'm pretty sure he earned himself a game on the sidelines. At least he should.Max punishment should be conditioning.
He got charged with an aggravated misdemeanor?Interesting. We will see what happens.

Could be but sounds pretty bad to me. I don't see him playing much this season, if at all.
It is possible to just plain lose a card. If I saw someone making charges on it, I'd report it as stolen too. I may have left it in a bar though, and it was picked up by someone. Not quite as "stolen".So why is there only the charge of "use of a credit card". How did he "get" the credit card. The woman reported it stolen, not lost. That leads me to believe he also stole here card. If this were cash stolen and spent, would then there be a "theft" part involved? And if someone stole and spent $500-$1000 in cash, that sounds like a big deal to me.
I know I'm getting lit up already by other posters, but this sounds way more serious than a 1 game suspension and taking a made up title away.

He's trying to say if we don't play talented players that have gotten into trouble then we won't make it in the B12, and will have to drop down to CUSA.

Well, that is not what Coach Rhoads said. Who knows though, maybe you are right, and he is wrong?
Sorry, but if we are kicking players off the team for this, we might as well eject to CUSA right now.
Its really a slightly racist attitude.
