If it was not feeling ok, I'm guessing he would not do it. But it's good that you care.Just wait till I confront Lew about his affair!
I'm kinda pissed at him right now anyway. He's still not cleared for heavy work - he hasn't completed his post stent placement cardiac rehab yet. Matter of fact, since it took so long (two weeks) for them to contact him to start the rehab, he got to his first session and was informed that he was doing things he wasn't cleared to do until he passed level five (of ten). That stubborn man drives me crazy, and he says I worry too much.
So guess what the dummy is doing right now? Splitting logs from the trees a friend brought down for us. Granted, he has a splitter rigged to the bobcat, and according to him, all he has to do is pull a lever to push the log into the blade. That's not the problem. It's the lifting of the 40-50 lb logs off the ground onto the splitter rail, and then tossing the wood onto another pile that I worry about.
I told him if he has a heart attack I'll kill him. That's the kind of loving wife I am!
The man ignored a kidney stone that the doc estimated had been in his ureter for several years, so long that he lost one third of the function in his kidney because it was nephrotic. Scar tissue had formed around the stone, and they literally had to go in and scrape it out. So yeah, I don't pay much attention when he says he's "fine".If it was not feeling ok, I'm guessing he would not do it. But it's good that you care.
How I now picture @Lew...The man ignored a kidney stone that the doc estimated had been in his ureter for several years, so long that he lost one third of the function in his kidney because it was nephrotic. That is literally not allowed by every traffic code in the country. Some local yokel is making it up as they go along.Northwood, Iowa they have stop lights at the same corner in town that they have stop signs. Is this like wearing a belt and suspenders?
Probably just had enough money to put up the stop lights but not take down the stop signsNorthwood, Iowa they have stop lights at the same corner in town that they have stop signs. Is this like wearing a belt and suspenders?
First time?FWIW, it is now taking at least a full seven (7) calendar days for a USPS small package to get from Eastern Iowa to Florida. That's based on a mailing sent monthly from there to here. That's the Priority Mail which they advertise 2-3 days.
Tracking shows it sitting in DSM or Jacksonville for several days. Every freaking time!
Every time Ive went through, the street lights just flash red. That is literally not allowed by every traffic code in the country. Some local yokel is making it up as they go along.
The same people that want the speed limit on their street 10 MPH and go 50 in the 25MPH zone in the next town over.
