RTT...20-20 hindsight.

Just wait till I confront Lew about his affair!

I'm kinda pissed at him right now anyway. He's still not cleared for heavy work - he hasn't completed his post stent placement cardiac rehab yet. Matter of fact, since it took so long (two weeks) for them to contact him to start the rehab, he got to his first session and was informed that he was doing things he wasn't cleared to do until he passed level five (of ten). That stubborn man drives me crazy, and he says I worry too much.
So guess what the dummy is doing right now? Splitting logs from the trees a friend brought down for us. Granted, he has a splitter rigged to the bobcat, and according to him, all he has to do is pull a lever to push the log into the blade. That's not the problem. It's the lifting of the 40-50 lb logs off the ground onto the splitter rail, and then tossing the wood onto another pile that I worry about.

I told him if he has a heart attack I'll kill him. That's the kind of loving wife I am!

If it was not feeling ok, I'm guessing he would not do it. But it's good that you care.

The man ignored a kidney stone that the doc estimated had been in his ureter for several years, so long that he lost one third of the function in his kidney because it was nephrotic. Scar tissue had formed around the stone, and they literally had to go in and scrape it out. So yeah, I don't pay much attention when he says he's "fine". :)

White……
According to Google AI, here are the reasons for wearing a white dress

Key Reasons to Wear a White Dress:
  • Symbolism of New Beginnings: White is often worn during major life milestones, such as weddings, christenings, and graduations, representing a "blank canvas" or a fresh start.
  • Comfort and Temperature Control: White reflects sunlight, making it the ideal choice for warm weather, allowing for cool comfort in breathable fabrics like cotton or linen.
  • Effortless Sophistication: White dresses, particularly "Little White Dresses" (LWDs), offer an effortlessly chic and timeless aesthetic that transcends seasons.
  • Versatility in Styling: Because it is a neutral base, a white dress can be easily dressed up with heels and jewelry for formal occasions or worn casually with sandals.
  • Highlighting a Tan: White provides a high-contrast look that accentuates sun-kissed skin, making it a popular choice for vacations and summer events.
  • Cultural Tradition: Historically and modernly, white is linked to purity and celebration, a tradition popularized by Queen Victoria to demonstrate wealth and sophistication.

White dresses are suitable for diverse occasions, from casual, warm-weather days to formal events where a crisp, clean look is desired.
Based upon this info, it is likely they were attending a wedding, christening, graduation or they are going on vacation.

You are welcome.

Northwood, Iowa they have stop lights at the same corner in town that they have stop signs. Is this like wearing a belt and suspenders?

That is literally not allowed by every traffic code in the country. Some local yokel is making it up as they go along.

The same people that want the speed limit on their street 10 MPH and go 50 in the 25MPH zone in the next town over.

FWIW, it is now taking at least a full seven (7) calendar days for a USPS small package to get from Eastern Iowa to Florida. That's based on a mailing sent monthly from there to here. That's the Priority Mail which they advertise 2-3 days.

Tracking shows it sitting in DSM or Jacksonville for several days. Every freaking time!
