Yes the media was a driver but the league has also made her a main event. Look at the schedules and how many times the Fever are on free TV and announcers always make her much of the comments. I think she is a vary talented player like many in the league but she gets more face time then most others. The league has not tried to keep her out of the lime light they love the publicity she brings.

I actually think the league has over corrected the other way and tried to minimize Clark. The media like to create drama surrounding her. The Fever are on TV a lot that is for sure, but that makes sense given viewership.

From the games I watched she was one of the best players on the team which did not seem very strong. It also IMO lacked coaching.

The Zhang News kind of sidetracked the Turnsek Eurobasket discussion. Slovenia ended up in last place out of 16 teams, going 0-7. Turnsek played well, averaging 20ppg in the final five games of the tournament.

Zhang is listed as a senior on cyclones.com. So she either has one or two seasons of eligibility remaining.

I used to have family about an hour south of Niagra Falls so I’ve been to the Canadian side of the Falls many times. We always got Coffee Crisps when we went there. That was back when you didn’t need a passport to cross the border.

He’s one of the best putters on tour.

He got a raw deal at the U.S. Open Last year.

Not a candy guy--but maybe a chocoholic. Chocolate cake with chocolate frosting, chocolate fudge brownies, and chocolate ice cream with chocolate syrup or even combinations of them.. A small bowl of milk (or dark) chocolate chips on the coffee table to quench those instant fixes purchased in family sized packages. Buying candy gives me "eating two dollar bills" vibes but I would share your chocolate stars, kisses, Reeses, etc.
