From your perspective you should just never get officially married. Completely fine and a personal choice. You just lose out on the financial benefits of being married, your buddy is losing out on the other end for making 2 stupid decisions in not finalizing the divorce and buying before it was finalized.
I get where your heads at but marriage is a contract between you, your spouse and uncle Sam at the end of the day.
Marriage isn't a great choice in modern society. Not blaming women or men. Just don't think people are reliable enough to start a government contract together.

Met someone new a couple weeks ago, been hanging out and went on a date that went really well, and have been texting a lot. I really put my foot in my mouth yesterday. We were texting and I tried to say something sweet and I didn't realize until later it sounded really dirty and inappropriate. Haven't heard back from her yet...
As someone going through a divorce right now with mediation in a few weeks…this was entertaining.
Also, the courts are not and I can’t believe ever have been “backed up” hell there are family law attorneys seemingly every other block. Ask 5 people for recommendations and get 45 different names.

I really enjoyed the World Cup overall. It's too bad the final was 0-0 in regulation. But that's what Spain was, a dominant defensive team. Unfortunately doesn't make for an exciting game and won't win many new fans.
The skill and length TJ will have on the roster with the current underclassmen and these recruits is scary. Opposing teams will continue to hate us. If Dom and DRK develop, watch out.
