Tamin Lipsey committed to Iowa State after going 0-19 in the Big 12. Lipsey committed shortly after TJ became the head coach and had not coached a game here. The hometown kid played through it all. He was forced into the starting lineup as a freshman when Tyrese Hunter hit the portal. He has had his ups and downs throughout his career as all college players have, but you never questioned his heart. He's played through injuries that many players would sit for. He might be the toughest player to ever come through here; he is up there with the likes of Melvin Ejim and Naz Long for hardest working players.

Thank you for everything, Tamin. No fan will ever know the injuries and pain you've played through. Your journey is not done yet, and no one deserves a deep run in March more than you do.

If anyone knows anyone who wants a decent career it's a perfect time now before warm season to apply for a trade apprenticeship. Especially young people. All of us need help. Elevator guys are probably the only one that's super tough to get into.

If there's one positive that Andrew Harrington has taken from playing video games, it's that March is the only thing that matters.

It's a down week with the unknown lying before the Sisters. So, I decided to take a look at the four teams ISU could face based off of Charlie Creme's latest bracketology.

While the egg rolls and rangoons are great, I always get 2 spring rolls with peanut sauce to go and eat them for dinner as a light meal on a hot night. I freaking love them.
