Wings - Flats or Drumsticks?

I voted drumsticks and I figured drumsticks would win in a landslide.

Just goes to show you how different people's tastes are.

Bones give them a LOT better flavor. Drummies all the way. Much easier to pick up and eat too.

Also never heard them called flats, but sign me up for those delicious morsels of meat every time over drumsticks.

The correct answer is whichever one is in front of me.

I also don't like super saucy wings. Oscar's in Omaha does a char buffed wing that I think is amazing and up there on best wings I've ever had,

The point is way better than the flat!! Sorry wrong animal. The point on a brisket is better than the flat, much like the flat is better than the drummer.

Going to smoke 30 lbs of a combo of both for a grad party. 225 for an hour in the smoker then into the turkey fryer to crisp them up.
