I’m glad you have more confidence in this team than me. Right now everything has gone horribly wrong since that game tying 60 foot shot. By horribly wrong, I mean horribly, horribly, horribly wrong. They’re not even playing good defense anymore in addition to an offense that can’t run a play.

I learned after the tOSU loss in the NCAA tournament years ago to never get too up or too down. It’s a basketball game. Enjoy it. If you don’t enjoy it, maybe it’s time to turn it off.

Who gives a ****? Seriously. What actual ISU fanatic gives a **** about that prior thread. Did it hurt your tender fee-fees?
A lot of homers here can’t handle that this team clearly has a ton of problems they need to fix right now. Right now this team wouldn’t beat anyone the way they’re playing. But the homers here are too blind to see that there’s a lot go fix, and needs to be fixed quickly, or the season will turn completely sour so quickly.

With how low the floor seems to be for this team (compared to the ceiling) I’m thinking a 5 or 6 seed.

Wherever I go, there I am.

Ok. So owning the homers means you have to go Full Biebs? And for that matter, will owning the homers actually change anything regarding the actual team? Or is this just a game of penis extension contest?

Easy vote for me -- yes for 1-6

ISU's profile still is 2/3, but recently looking more like a 5 seed. Like "playing UC Irvine in R64, in Denver" type of thing.

It'd be good to avoid such a scenario.

That’s not what I’m saying. What I’m saying was in response to you. The homers here can’t handle that the team is in free fall mode because they’re all in denial. That’s simply it. Iowa State has played like bottom feeders since they lucky shot by Arizona. They need to figure things out fast.

Swings happen in every basketball season. Not getting too worked up because it’s the beginning of February. I’m glad this isn’t happening in March like it did with the Tinsley team that got bounced in the first round. It’ll swing back and things will be good again. Key is to be on the upswing come the second week of March.

We could only win three more games and still get at least a 6 seed. We have some really great wins

Our schedule gets a little easier to end the year. Chance for big wins with Houston and Arizona.

And I can agree with the fact that the team has issues to figure out. I just fail to see the need for little lord lancelot to post a prior homer thread to defend an equally unrealistic eeyore thread. Neither thread is worth the bandwith.

I hope you’re right. Usually one or two losses where these guys get beat by playing good games gives me reason to be okay. This team has been completely horrific the last 45 minutes of play. I hope they get it together.
