I'm really struggling with this. I feel weird about Final Four. But once you're at that point, it's not much more of a stretch for the whole f***ing thing

I grew up cheering for the Vikings and Timberwolves. Getting to the semi-finals is as big as I dare to dream.

Losing in the second round. I figure by doing this the bracket will give me about 1% joy.

ISU, Florida, Okie St, and Kentucky.............ISU wins in 2 OT over Okie St.

Travis Ford learns his lesson and fouls while leading by 3 in 2OT. However, Naz drains an and one 3 pointer at the buzzer and makes the free throw......

I really like Fred after a week break. But I think I'll have us lose to Villanova in the Sweet 16.
Virginia over MSU, and kansas with a healthy Embiid to win the whole tournament.

Will he be healthy for game 3? My bracket needs him to be

I felt like a bad fan picking anything other that the ship. If it were last year, it'd be different, but though we don't have much of a chance, we at least have somewhat of one.

I had them beating: UNNC, Providence, Nova, MSU, Kansas and then Zona in the championship game. I actually feel much more reluctant with putting Arizona there than I do ISU.

This team will only go as far as three point shooting takes it once we play teams like UNC, UVA, MSU. I think we were over 50% in KC, something has me worried that the hot shooting won't continue.

I tried, you guys. I tried so hard to resist picking Iowa State to win it all. But the offensive consistency, the 2nd half adjustments, the hot streak, the selflessness, it was just too much. I know it's a homer pick, but I've reasoned my way into a hole on this one and don't see myself getting back out.

I'm with a lot of you guys... ISU all the way!
Frankly I'm getting sick and tired of all the love Michigan St. is getting. They lost to North Carolina to start things off, Michigan (twice) ...Illinois, heck they even lost to Nebraska in E. Lansing! I don't even think I'd be surprised very much if Cincinnati took 'em. Pardon my vent, but I have had a tremendous amount of "Spartan Hate" built up in me for the past 14 years. If the game should go that far and those 2 meet again, it will be in the Elite 8 (again). I won't be at home that game... I won't be at the bar... I won't even be on Cyclone Fanatic. I may start the game thread, but I'll be sitting behind the scorers table at the game in New York. I don't know what I'll do if there's another repeat of 2000. I can just hear Izzo, "...What??? ...Iowa State! ...where's Curtis Shaw when I need him?" smh

I can't pick against them. For me, every matchup we go against, I keep telling myself "we can definitely beat these guys!". I have us beating NCCU, Providence, Villanova, MSU, Florida, then Arizona in the 'ship with a final score of 81-75.

Losing in the second round to UNC team that should not have been a 6th seed...or at the very least, a team we should not have to meet in the second round after the type of year we had. Pure BS

I went final 4.

I was talking with a friend yesterday...,we are ranked ninth, so wouldn't an elite 8 run basically be expected? :)

All the Way! Played well enough to become a top ten team, lost a few, changed the lineup and returned to the top ten. We have a hot streak with a excellent coach and a tough team with heart. We have ONE game where we got thumped and 32 played tough. Not the best team in the country, but one tough team to put out.
