What's wrong with campus toilets?

I think the basic function of bathroom is by ranking: 1. to be able deal the business as quickly as possible, so this requires convenient locations. 2. be hygienic. This is obvious right? Like food, hygiene is human's basic need, because it's about a person's safety. Anything besides these two can be put behind. But now the problem is our university toilets DO splash, and you can see the splash and feel it on your skin, that's what I'm talking about, it's not some mist or odor, it's the actual liquid comes from there. Sometimes I see people put their scarf on the floor besides the toilet, think about how dirty is that!
They were amazing back when I was a forestry major my sophomore year. Our floor was normally a ghost town since we were a pretty small major. I think I had around 20 kids in my whole class. Our bathrooms were always empty and clean since the low traffic.
Once I switched to Journalism we got bathrooms in Hamilton’s basement that are unisex 1 person bathrooms with a locked door and everything.
Why on earth would anyone put anything on the floor in the bathroom?!
Right, due to these reasons, university likes to use them, because it saves them from asking maintenance, which will cost money. I guess compared with money and possible clogs, university won't care much about our hygiene.
They can adjust the water flow on some of them. It a matter of them knowing about the issue and people usually don't report those kind of problems.
Really? I see them all the time, bags, scarfs, cups, and many other things on the floor in bathroom
I bet you work for Ferguson and you want "university" to remove these American Standards.
Hygiene is about a persons health not safety lol. I would never set anything on a bathroom floor. Yuck.
Also there have been studies that have proven water fountains can be dirtier than toilets.
seriously tho I pay how much damn money and we cant even get 2 ply toilet paper

The worst is when you move a little bit and the tornado toilets flushes automatic when you’re still on it. This isn’t Europe, I didn’t ask for a bidet wash.
That’s just like the hand dryers in bathrooms. Full of nasty germs. Never ever use those. They just recycle poopicles in the bathroom onto your freshly washed hands.
Paper towels or air dry only.
Speaking of this, and not really related, the MSP airport is the worst at this. You can't sit down without the thing going off repeatedly.
Okay after reading through this thread we need a rating at the bottom labeled WTF!
