What’s wrong with the offense?

Mouser gets an F for play calling. Line gets an F for blocking. Team made too many mental mistakes - the penalties (one where we had an int), the fumble. Just bad all around.

It’s obvious it’s the play calling. We have good backs, good recievers, good quarterback. That 3rd and ten where Rocco just took off running should get a coach fired. So many questionable play calls today. Can’t we go find a coordinator? I mean we are a power 5 team.
Texas Tech defense owning us? Just my opinion.

Online and qb play isn't where it needs to be. It's good at times but this whole idea that you can wait till the second half to show up just kills all the home field. Play calling was as bad as I have ever seen.

I think they lost confidence in Rocco today and really were afraid to throw the ball aggressivel ly against a really poor tech defense.

We also made no adjustments to their pressure. Which we are going to see over and over post ucf doing it until we figure it out.

I've generally actually been happy with the offense this year but today we had more bad drops than usual and bad penalties, a lot more than we've seen this year. It's felt like the offense has been executing and keeping their noses clean enough to run it the way Campbell wants to and still win, but the last two games felt like a regression. Today was reminiscent of '22 in some ways.

Rocco has also been off just enough, like today he just straight up didn't see some receivers and his accuracy comes and goes. He'll do that running throw 30 yards downfield and nail Noel on the sideline, then he'll completely whiff the 5 yard flat. I think he should have had the 2 pt throw but I haven't seen a great replay to see if I'm wrong.
