Also, I've sprained my ankle (always right one..) more times than I can count. Sometimes its really no big deal once warmed back up. Other times, especially "high ankle sprains" its damn near debilitating.

No one at this point in time outside the Iowa locker room knows the severity of his sprain.

Ankle sprains are a complete crapshoot- sometimes the ones that hurt the most at the time of injury feel fine two days later, and the ones that feel like a simple “rolling” at the time end up hurting like hell for weeks. No way of knowing the severity of the sprain or how effective he will be until he starts playing.
