I have my doubts Iowa can come back from more than 2 TDs down. But if you keep it within 7, that RB can rip off a 60 yard run pretty easily.

Which very nearly happened in that 2017 game. PSU controlled most of the game, but never put them away. Then Wadley scores late and Iowa was 4 seconds away from winning.
