That was Final Four level teams playing. Only 12 TO for each team in spite of all of that pressure defense. A lot of "regular" teams would have turned it over 25 times versus either of them.
We saw the difference between a top notch team (Texas) and a good team (ISU) last year in the Big 12 championship. Those teams last night are at a completely different level.

TCU was up big in first half and figured they had it in the bag and never tuned back in.
They also ran out of gas. Look at the minutes. They looked gassed when I tuned over for that 4th quarter, especially in the last three minutes.
That is insane. Wonder if someone is out. If a couple of people get in foul trouble you are screwed.
This lack of depth is going to cost them down the stretch. A couple more losses in conference and a likely early exit at the conference tournament.
USC is keeping them at bay…59-50. Oddly low scoring game. Turning into a free throw fest and USC is missing too many.
Should have been a larger margin if it weren't for missed free throws. LSU never really threatened down the stretch though.
