WBB: General All-NCAA Thread - Not Team Cyclones Stuff

Got a free ticket to the sinkhole for the WBB game. I will be the only one in red in the sea of Howk. I told the person who offered.... I'm in ISU gear and I will cheer LOUDLY! Very confident in IC they will do us hence the ticket offer. I said we will give Clark her 40 and beat you by 10:)

While watching a spot on Inside Edition about college women and NIL I learned the very talented Cavinder twins transferred to Miami for their senior seasons. I learned of them during the pandemic when I discovered them on TikTok. Kind of sad they wasted most of college career at Fresno State where they never got any national attention.
 
Lauren Jensen, Minnesotan and transfer from the Hawkeyes, scored 30 points for Creighton as they beat ranked South Dakota State in Billings the other night. Nice debut for the Blue Jay newbie.

I'd like to watch them play Nebraska next week but the TV is FloSports so nope, not going to be able to catch that.

Edit: Oops, forgot she played last year.

Actually Jensen played for Creighton last year and her shot actually knocked EIU in the 2nd round of the tourney

Oops! Thanks for pointing that out. Went to edit mine to correct it and opened yours by accident, hence the "edit" note on yours although I didn't change it.

Shots are one thing are ability to stop on the defensive side of the ball against an athletic but no where near Iowa athletic team worries me a bit.
 
Drake giving all they want 82-82 at end of regulation. Drake missed 5 free throws in 4th quarter. But iowa score first four in OT.

Iowa is a bit overrated right now. Not really getting the #4 thing, sort of PR hype by the voters I guess. With that said, they are a legit Top 10 team but more like us and closer to #10 than Top 4.
 
She commits a lot of fouls that are never called. Reminds me of someone but I just can't put my forearm on it? Oh barge it, it might push its way into my head later.
