WBB: General All-NCAA Thread - Not Team Cyclones Stuff

Utah’s Lani White hits the three with ten seconds left to force OT, after blowing a late five point lead. TCU was bad in OT - Utah kept missing free throws and TCU couldn’t capitalize. TCU isn’t a deep squad, the starts play huge minutes and I think they were simply tired. Thanks Utes!!!

BYU wins at home against ASU, 71-62.

That's two unbeatens knocked off in the Big 12 today.
Watched a bit of this game. Both teams play hard and will give it their all. Glad BYU won. If Iowa State takes care of business tomorrow they are in the drivers seat this early.

Be kind of nice if we capitalized on this chaos by getting the W tomorrow.
Thanks for the update

Couple of Big 12 games tomorrow that have implication on our title run, more so than the likely not very competative game we have at Cincy.

TCU probably handles OSU in Houston but TTU at WVU might be a telling game for Tech as to whether they are going to a player or not. Somebody will be 4-0 after that game in Morgantown and be in 1st place by themselves. Will WVU be a player?

There were a couple of entertaining B1G games yesterday on which I would have expected Boxster to comment:

1) The Gopher women acquitted themselves well in a ten point loss at #9 Michigan - they're getting better...

2) Boxster favorite Ava Heiden had a fine game as EIU went into Welsh Ryan and defeated a pesky Northwestern team.

Arizona with a 4th-quarter comeback to beat BYU, 75-72, in Tucson.

First league win for the Cats. BYU drops to 2-2.

According to the box score Arizona's starters all played between 34-40 minutes and scored all of the Wildcats points. None of the bench players played more than 5 minutes and the 6 who did play only attempted 1 field goal between them.
