They're losing 4 players to graduation who were 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 8th in total minutes played. So there is a lot of playing time up for grabs there.

Fred found a landing spot with Nova Southeastern Sharks in Florida. Yeah, I had to Google who NSU Sharks were but glad she didn't get shutout.
Div II school with very strong graduate programs, which seems to be as great fit. (I also can Google).
As tempting as it was to post a thread called "Ashley Jones enters transfer portal" and have people assume I misspelled her last name, I'm not that mean.
This made me chuckle. Not because you can't or shouldn't change your mind and be able to transfer but I've seen these old pinned tweets.

I am not an Audrey Warren fan, but she played her heart out in UT’s NCAA semifinal loss - she played well. Shady Vic must have a monster class coming in if he’s driving away Lauren Ebo and Audrey Warren!
I do not think that Vic is the easiest to play for - if his sideline antics are anything like he is in practice it would wear on you. Also read somewhere that they had 3 hour killer practices all year which would be tough to survive.

In other words, they're all grad transferring (or going pro) instead of taking the free year at UT.
She made herself eligible for the draft so renounced any remaining eligibility, however she was not drafted - not a ringing endorsement for Texas developing players for the WNBA.
If they would just add eight rounds to the draft some of these players would get drafted…

Texas is bringing in a 6'4 player to replace Ebo and Ndjakalenga Mwenentanda from South Dakota who had been on our radar not sure much a shot we ever had though.
Prospects Nation has them with three from their "Elite 150". ESPN is a little more generous and says all Top 100. I kind of favor PN however they are usually pretty close for the Top 25 or so. Guessing they might need some guard(s) from portal?

Seems to a be quite a few later entries into the portal. Some of this could be impacted by teammates bailing, sort of a snowballing or dominos effect. However, some are likely to have a destination half set up before they declare. Not tampering initiated by the school per se but by family or friends but the schools would still be complicit in it. As dirty as MBB recruiting is I can't believe WBB recruiting in the portal is all pure and clean.
