Appreciate you more than you know for posting these all the time. Trying to get on forums more and spend less time worrying about school work.

Anyone worried about tonight? Will be a completely different look and we've seen some duds of games - but I'd weigh more of that on opponents.

Also at one point was questioning how they let Drake get up by 17... Drake blew a separate 17-point lead in a different game this season, so I think the Dogs just get hot and cool down.

Will be interesting for sure and I won't get to watch or tweet updates because of hockey, but its big for the team going into Iowa.

Liked your summary via perspectives from our players and staff. I watched maybe half of their game vs UNI, they do have some big gals. I posted in another thread that the game really resembled our game against Drake except the P5 won.

Sidebar: Wish the Gophers vs Notre Dame game had been on TV (not counting ACC TV). Would have liked seeing the Gophers beat them. Even ND cannot graduate their whole lineup and stay at Final Four level. Still, good road win for the Whalen's.

Not a great start. Down by 7 but just hit 3 threes in last 1:08 of the 1st and tied at 18 - 18.

Weird point at 3:00 with both Thurmond and Washington in at the same time. I hope to not see that again unless we are up or down by 20.

Going to be a tough quarter. Joens on the bench with two fouls and Wise out leaves us maybe a little overmatched in half court unless we can get out and run a little.

Looking at this attendance at an SEC school really shows you how great our fan support is. Has to be disheartening only having a couple hundred fans show up.
ISU women's basketball attendance is way ahead of the curve. As a matter of fact, most schools in most conferences do not draw well at all. FWIW, ISU was like that when I was in school too in the pre- BF days.

First half of 2nd was both teams cold and just grinding along. ISU just had a 10 - 0 run after going almost 4 minutes without scoring at all to go up 32 - 25 at 1:32

Halftime 34-27 ISU. Two short spurts by ISU, one at end of first and one near end of 2nd are the difference.

Johnson with 8 points and 4 assists to kinda lead the way. She had to shoot more than I think they wanted but no Joens so somebody had to shoot.

Kane did okay banging with their bigs. Had a couple nice baskets and a couple of nice assist passes to her.

Teams 5-19 from three. :( But Tide even worse at 1-8.

Rebounds about even which is a big deal against a team that wants to out rebound you by a bunch.
