I can’t see why we’d need him. Not even remotely.

He’d be fighting a full three deep of guys at least as good as he is—not considering the experienced guys at the top.

There might be but the vast majority of those guys at that level know where they're going before they hit the portal.

There are going to be a **** ton of kids who wind up in places way different than they expect. ISU is a place that would normally love this but we aren't going to bring in a bunch of guys. I think they will look at K, maybe a DB, maybe a speedy outside receiver. Otherwise, freaks only and those are the ones who know where they're going.

Fortunately, we don't need much and where we may think we need something like DB, you can try and bring White and/or Azunna back which is about as good as most realistic possibilities.

I don't think that ISU is going to be very involved in the portal beyond what they've already done. But with the SR class we have this fall, I would expect a year from now we will be in there big time.

If we snag a WR it needs to be a speedster that can stretch the field. The 2021 Cyclones need to have a downfield passing game.

I'm sure he could try to walk on if he wanted. Maybe he should follow in his old man's footsteps and go to UNI. He isn't P5 material.
