KFOR chaser just said police are trying to block roads because people who are trying to "leave town" are "driving right into it."
Does he get canned for that terrible advice? (I don't think he should...but seems like it miiiight be worthy of it)

Sounds like a lot of people tried to head south, and then the storm went south.
Which is why every official Call-To-Action since the dawn of tornado warnings, from Red Cross to NWS has said "DO NOT TRY TO OUTRUN A TORNADO."
A tornado very close to the Oklahoma campus.
TOUCHDOWN....time to play Boomer Sooner!
(Sorry it's too soon but I had to say it.)
via KFOR, Mother and baby killed when car thrown off interstate around 7:30pm.
Mike Morgan after being told of the fatality, then shows Weather Channel car. Double fatality was apparently near there.
Says "It made a quick hook, quick turn, and it caught a lot of people who do this and have been doing it for a long time, off-guard."
He then says, after advising people even after TWC incident-- who AREN'T professionals -- to leave their house in cars if you can't get underground , direct quote, "I don't know how you survive that if you're in your car."
Unbelievable.
@DrShepherd2013 6m seeing more than ever effects of tornado hype & poor decisions. Warnings/science may no longer be as much of issue, human decisions are.
