This, the guy is worth over a billion dollars, how hard is it to hire a couple of people to drive you around. Hell give them a couple hundred grand a year and insurance to pick you up, and drive you home.

As stupid as it may sound to us, hiring a driver would be giving up something he feels like he can control (but clearly can't.)

I guarantee that he refused due to advice from his lawyer. He has the resources to fight this and while they will pressure you to do all these things or else, their ability to force you is limited to threats. The fact that he did the breath test will be used to show his cooperation as well, so whatever happened, he’s not going to get much.
Him walking away from the Rolling Hills Estates one with NOTHING is the epitome of privilege.

Daly is like your loose cannon Uncle who knows how to have fun, be a little crazy, but stay out of the long arm of the law. I still smile when you see him smoking on the course, sort of giving a big FU to the establishment.
There have been so many NFL and NBA players who could have saved them self so many headaches by doing this.
