I thought that at the end of 4 losing years of McDermott. Thank god for Dana Altman leaving Creighton. He'll be gone after next year.
If Cat Stevens wasn’t banned he would be so excited about this loss because he could tell us all were not real fans. The Steve Prohm circle jerkers sure are quiet tonight.....
I am waiting for wisdom from the usual suspects.
I’m sad he was banned for this moment only. He provided nothing to this board anyways..If Cat Stevens wasn’t banned he would be so excited about this loss because he could tell us all were not real fans.
I agree. I was being sarcastic. You are fantasizing if you think anybody is going to defend the indefensible.
I stay by what I said about last year -- plenty of people did get unreasonable about their expectations come late January, and last year had enough success to justify itself despite some of the disappointing home losses and the loss to OSU.
I have been consistent in saying "wait and see, give this year a chance," too. Let's not bury them until we see how they do. Oh, yep, turns out they suck.
This is just ******* awful, though. This year is not working at all.
I’m super glad that Jamie didn’t pursue Dana Altman at 3 million a year. CSP was a much more fiscally responsible choice. We are screwed at this point. At least 2 more years from firing him.
I would find it very comical for him to defend thisI’m sad he was banned for this moment only. He provided nothing to this board anyways..
I bet they stay quiet.I would find it very comical for him to defend this
I guarantee that Pollard does not want to go back to the way things were when I was a kid in the 70's. We never worried about having tickets to games. We just drove to Ames, bought tickets at the booth and sat pretty much anywhere you wanted to.
Losing a fan base that has been as loyal and patient as ISU fans have been should spell the end for any coach.
The list was pretty piss poor if I recall. Steve McClain and Altman were a couple of the top candidates. When we had to fire Eustachy, we practically begged Altman to come over from Creighton and he refused.
I hope they weren't planning on selling a lot of ESPN+ subscriptions. The product on the floor so far this year should have pretty much killed any momentum there.Tonight begins the Prohm era of apathy where FINALLY even the average/optimistic fans question contributing money to a sh*t product. Apathy is a coach killer.
