I like to think I don't cheer for other B12 teams but in November/December, absolutely if there's even a remote possibility ISU can play in the NCAAs.

Another big Big 12 win

I'm enjoying cheering against Oklahoma and Texas all of the time now. I loved seeing Butler beat Oklahoma last night. Oklahoma = the Nebraska of the SEC.

If I'm going to root against a current Big 12 team, it would definitely be those two, but it's going to be a murderous Big 12 schedule, so the higher profile overall, the better.

I listened to the start of this game while driving home from the gym last night. It took about 4 minutes for either team to score a basket. The announcer's analogy was "Giving birth would be easier than scoring in this game". Struck me as a weird comparison. Maybe he recently watched a childbirth (or he moonlights as a midwife).
