It shouldn't be this easy to find Hawkeye fans with no life
Yes it should be. Because most of them don't have a formal education.

Honestly, 30 for 30s were the inspiration. So basically, we are launching a 30 for 30 type of podcast series on Iowa State stories. All going to be their on docu-series.
Another one we will begin work on soon is the untold stories behind the 1998 Cy-Hawk game, which IMO changed Iowa State football forever.
Stuff like that. I've never been more excited about a project in my career.
I'd love something about the 99-2000 basketball team too.
That'd be cool. But 2000-01 would be more intriguing (and more difficult to produce and consume).
Can't wait for the 2005 Football What If?

Both of these are very intriguing imo....the collapse of the 2002 football season might be interesting too. That team went from darling to total landslide in a hurry. But it feels like they're putting a positive spin on Cyclone lore which is cool too.
I personally fail to see how a bad ISU team beating a bad Iowa team in 1998, two years before ISU even had a decent team, is program changing but perhaps there's more to the story. Still think it's going to play into Hokdom's favor for trash talk too.
Yeah, I was there....new to ISU and went to the game for the heck of it.If you don’t get the significance of that game, you weren’t an ISU fan back then. Just imagine how brutally arrogant hok fans were having won 15 straight. At that point it was almost inconceivable that ISU could or would ever beat them.

I remember the game well enough...it was a surprise and the consensus was that Iowa wasn't very good. Neither was ISU. Still don't see how the program pivots off of beating a bad team. If ISU goes on to be decent that year, then perhaps it's different.
And once a program detailing that feat gets out there, you can bet that arrogance will be right back up there from Hokdom.
