Taco Bell

There is a definite risk when one chooses to eat Taco Bell.

I would argue that this is true for any fast food taco place. There’s enough grease in potato ole’s to cure any bout of constipation. I’d trust roadside taco truck in Mexico before I trust an American fast food taco chain.

It helps when the employees actually eat the food they are making and selling.

I dont really appreciate TB being used as a scape goat for this issue. If you have a weak stomach don’t get TB. Grow up

I've never understood anything less than I understand people's infatuation with Taco Bell. I just don't get it.

Especially when they did a voluntary removal of the fresh ingredients. If Taco Bell were the problem, it would be pretty easy to figure that out. It's not like if I eat at Taco Bell, get sick, then I can give it to you. You'd have to eat there too. And reports I've heard is that not everyone sick ate at TB. That being said, if I had to make a guess, it's a pre-packaged lettuce issue. Whether you're getting that lettuce at Taco Bell, Wendy's Subway or from the grocery store. This kind of stuff, it's almost always pre-packaged lettuce.

When my daughter was younger, she used to love Subway. Then she got sick after eating it a couple of times, but still loved it. I told her to stop getting lettuce on her sandwiches and she didn't have the problem again. I've seen them just dump the leftover lettuce from the old container into the new one they are putting out. That's a really good way to keep a contamination growing, especially if they just throw that into the cooler at the end of the night, use it again the next day, then dump those leftovers into the new batch you are putting out.

At this point, I am surprised that their food doesn’t come with a surgeon general warning.

I mean if one in three people are *ssholes and the people on either side of you are good people, maybe your the “one” / problem…….
