Went to the Hokeye game this year. Seemed like there was no visitor's section. Just pockets of cardinal red scattered around the endzone.
So I am guessing the new visitors section will become 26-27/S-T and ticket holders there will be offered a swap into the old visitors section (15-16/H-J).
Although I suppose it would be an opportunity to downgrade the visitor section seats now that the SEZ is finished. Maybe move it to, say, 25/Q-R instead.

About ****ing time. Been wanting this change for years. The student section will make little life hell for the opposing team. Throw their fans way up in a far flung corner. If we want to have a hostile environment, this is a small but significant step. Every little bit helps. No need to make the visitors feel comfortable.[/QUOTE]
Get the pink paint ready for the visitor lockerroom!!
Yes, Yes i can. I was on the receiving end heckling after I received a 15 yard late hit penalty at Okie St. in 2000. I have long thought that our students need to be behind the visitors bench to harass them!!
Put the visitors in sections R, Q, K & L. I sat in Q once and my neck hurt from turning it 30 degrees to my right for 3 hours. Pretty bad angle to watch a game for that long.
All for this. Heard talk of it before the UNI game this year. Plus over history of ISU FB the west side has been very kind to the teams that have been on it. Hope that continues.![]()
I believe space has to be made for the visiting team to bring a band. I also believe, then, that there has to be space near the field for the band to exit the stands in order to perform. I am fairly sure the visiting band will not be located near the people paying $750 per season tick to sit in the Sukup Club. Would not be surprised to see visitors moving to 25 and P/O.
