Another perfect episode. Eva wins immunity and last player I didn't like goes home. Agree with David at tribal so many times the strong guys are shields so what's wrong with them wanting to band together.

If Chrissy shuts her mouth I really think kamilla could of gone tonight.

Looks like in trailer David is being called crazy for pointing out kyle and kamilla are working together which is true.

Chrissy dug her own grave...ran her mouth and had no alliance to back her up....just a dumb strategy she used, i guess when only one tribe was ever in danger until the merge, she didnt need a strategy...she was terrible at it all....dont love Dave, but..he was right, there are quite a few physical/strong players...and...many have the social bonds too...they shouldnt have to made to change their game because Chrissy didnt have one!

It's so obvious that Kamilla and Kyle are together... they are both from Guyana. They are absolutely going to stick together. It amazes me that the rest of the players are not seeing that.... but they are maybe figuring it out finally. On a side note, I used to work with a nice guy from Guyana... they definitely are loyal to each other. Of course, we only get to see what the network chooses to show us.

As soon as Chrissy told Kyle she thinks it's time to vote out Joe I figured she was done. However, I'm surprised the strong player alliance didn't get suspicious when Kyle was practically panicking and begging them not to vote out Kamilla. Maybe it was just a good edit but to me he reeked of desperation trying to hard to get the vote off her and onto Chrissy. I would have thought 2 or 3 on his alliance would have vocally become suspicious that he had a reason because he was working her which Shauhin kind of is too but he's playing it a little more cool than Kyle did.

If Kyle was serious about Kamilla being his #1 and wants to flip the game with her at some point then this vote should of been the one to turn on his alliance and blindside Joe because it's going to be tougher to do it now with 1 less in the game. Star did not have a vote but let's do the math, he probably could have got Mitch, Chrissy, Kamilla and himself for sure, that is 4 then just needed to pull in a 5th to make a 5-4 vote. Could have tried to convince Mary she is the 6th if she keeps voting with the strong alliance of 5 so if she wanted to improve her standing now is the time or if he really wanted to play it risky pull in Shauhin who already is a little sketchy on if he plans to flip on the alliance too.

I'm really hoping that the strong 5 of Joe, Eva, David, Kyle, and Shauhin just stick to their guns and make it a season where the strong players are not the shields and they make it a real battle at the end of who is most deserving to win. I laughed when Chrissy was petty and saying they made a million dollar mistake voting her out. EVERYONE voted her out so it's not like any of them can claim they tried to protect her. I'm sure it was a heat of the moment reaction but she had no shot of winning and at best would have been the 1 weak player someone takes to the final 3 knowing they aren't a threat to win. Not even sure who her beef would be with because it's not like 1 person orchestrated the vote either, they all pretty much agreed she was going this vote or the next one.

I think it's funny Shauhin fully trusts Kyle and Kamilla and doesn't think they are working together while they actively plan how to get rid of him.

I've never really trusted Shauhin to stay true to the "strong" alliance. Some of the preview makes it look like he may flip on the guy who is protecting him by calling out the ones who are lying to the "honest, strong" alliance and go with the ones actively plotting against him.

This is the best season I can think of in a while. So far probably my favorite of the new era.

I think this is the best "cast" we've had in quite a while. Not many weak links, and less players that are only on the island for DEI purposes.
It's been an entertaining season and it's because they are actually playing the game and not social agendas. I would love for the "Strong Alliance" to make it to final 5 to finally buck the trends that have plaqued some of the post season 40 casts.

I saw that the odds on favorite to win at this point is Kyle. He’s playing great but don’t now…if someone sniffs out he’s in that secret alliance he’s toast.

Agree. And a bit odd since there isn’t backstab after backstab and blindside after blindside. A lot of likeable players holding together which is nice to see after dozens of seasons where everyone thinks they have to make big moves each tribal.

If they stick together, the final 5-6 will be SUPER interesting to watch.

A final 6 of Joe, Eva, Kyle, Kamilla, David and Mary would be fascinating. 3 sets of duos.

I don't think David will make it that far though.

Star will end up in final 3 because everyone thinks they can beat her at the end (and are correct).

There are definitely "DEI" contestants this season. They are just good people that aren't shoving anything down people's throats.

They definitely have not abandoned their DEI policies. They've just been more subtle about it this season than the past few. They had an episode where the whole tribe (can't remember which one but it had kyle, kamilla, shauhin, and joe) talked about being minorities and living with discrimination because of it. This seemed more of a natural conversation and situation than someone pushing an agenda.

I think this was after Thomas was eliminated but I could be wrong. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

Yeah the DEI stuff has not really been prominent this season like it has some years, they definitely still cast for it but I think but this cast has not made it a key issue like some in the past have. Can't remember what season it was but the first couple jury members were black and all the sudden one of the remaining people made it about race about how the remaining non-white players needed to bond and not let the white players vote them out 1 by 1. Those voted off had nothing to do with their race, it was how they either were playing the game or just the type of person they were in general.

Over 47 seasons even just comparing the male vs female winners its 27 male to 20 female which is not that big of a gap and even over those winners there is a lot of diversity IMO. I guess as a fan of the show since season 1 I still like some of the "old school" type of play and other than the blatant lies and back stabbing that some seasons have this one so far has played more like the old school seasons with their votes than how some of the past 10 or so seasons have gone. I really hope the strong players alliance holds up because like it was said in the last tribal "most seasons the strong people are used as shields" then are stabbed in the back and voted out so why can't they play the game where the strong players align and vote off the weaker players. Odds are eventually someone flips on the strong 5 alliance but I would love to see a final 5 of Joe, Eva, David, Kyle, and Shauhin and then let those 5 just battle it out as I would been fine with any 5 of them winning. Personally Joe and Eva are my top 2 I hope win. Even on the ones on the outside of that 5 they all are still pretty likable people which at this point of the game most season there are maybe 3 or 4 players left that I am hoping make it to the end and that is not the case this year. Even Star has grown on me after she started out kind of negative and Mitch, Mary, and Kamilla are all very likable people too. Could be an epic final stretch to this season.

I was getting tired of David so I'm fine seeing him go. Plus, his leaving increases the odds significantly that Joe and Eva could win the majority of immunities the rest of the way

I think the odds are really high that one of the two duos (Joe/Eva or Kyle/Kamilla) will be sitting together at Final 3

I'm also concerned for Joe and Eva that they haven't done enough groundwork with Star or Mitch. They could need one of them at when they get to 5
