NBA: Summer 2018 Off Season Thread

Can't hurt to add a clubhouse cancer when everybody already seems to dislike each other.

Melo is a perfect reminder how skills in basketball start to fall off over the age of 30 for most players, some players can hide that fall off being hustle guys and really working on their shooting but Melo did neither of those things and is best suited as a backup with limited minutes which may last a year or two max before he should hang them up.

yikes for a contract hes at best a 6th man on a playoff team, guessing the bulls will match but instantly regret it.

I still feel like the Bulls won the Butler trade by getting Lauri M so why punish your team with a bad contract especially when you can tank more and have a shot at a top 5 pick next year which should have some great players at the top (mostly Duke players).

20 mil isn’t anything in today’s nba. Also has protection for the bulls if he injurs the same knee.

It absolutely still is. Dumb move by an even dumber organization. You should've let him walk, and continued to tank and get a better draft pick.

What exactly has Zach Lavine proved in the NBA? Definitely not 20 mil a year, I know that. The bulls will perpetually be in not bad enough to tank, not good enough to matter land for as long as GarPax are there.
