I have no idea what the Griz can do to try and make this a quicker turn around than what it is set up to be. They shot themselves in the foot last season firing Fizdale, choosing a tail-end-of-his-career Gasol over him. Trading back and getting some more picks may be the best play at this point.
It depends on who is there at four. If Doncic or Bagley slip there then that's a steep price to pay just to get out from under the Parsons deal. If that's the case I'd almost rather hold on to Parsons for one more year and then try to move him next year when it becomes an expiring contract. Giving up the fourth pick to get rid of Parsons seems like throwing good money after bad.
