This past night for some reason I forgot to lock my car and someone decided that they wanted my Mathews Switchback in the trunk. If any of you see one in a pawn shop/craigslist if you could let me know that would be awesome. Live in the johnston area and a neighbor also had someone rummage through their car but only stole change. Thanks again
edit: forgot to describe what a Mathews Switchback was. It's a compound bow

A Mathews Switchback. It could be so many things. Let's start with animal, vegetable or mineral?

It's a compound bow. I've put around $700 into it, and for a high school kid thats alot of money

Ouch ! As a bowhunter myself I know how much of a blow that is. I shoot my Mission Eliminator II daily. Buddy had his Mission Voyager stolen out of his car at DMACC. Gave out serial code number to every bow dealer in town , checked craigslist and pawn shops. Never saw it sense. Best of luck to you sir! Hopefully that guy gets ******** karma and a carbon arrow through the hand you bag yourself a wall mounter.

I was thinking mountain bike at first. I never would have thought compound bow. Good luck!

Yeah same here. I became one with that thing. I miss it already

that sucks man I have shot the same Mathews for a long time and love it. best of luck hope you find it back

I can't believe the nerve of some people these days - "it's not your ****, keep you damn hands off!"

I had somebody walk into my garage and steal my pancake air compressor while we were eating supper. I don't get how someone could be that bold and steal right in broad daylight!

Good luck on your bow hunt (yes, pun intended). I hope you catch the idiot!

Just the thing that makes me the most mad is that I've put so many hours into perfecting my shot. I just got the bow last year and put around $750 into it and worked to pay off the rest. I bet I won't even be able to bowhunt this year which actually kinda makes me want to cry haha

There are plenty of cheap old bows out there that will work just fine. If you pull enough weight, it won't matter.

Might not be the fanciest rig but if you practice enough you can still hunt.
